How to create a shutdown shortcut

First click on the desktop=>select new=>create shortcut

Then, it will ask you for the location and type:
Shutdown  -s -t 10 -c "Your message"

Then,

it will ask you for the file name and enter internet explorer or whichever icon you want to disguise.

To disguise it further,

right click---->properties---->

Then, press change icon=>browse....

(you can click on an exe to get its icon)
